★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service as a broker, I saw a 53% increase on my claims free hangar policy (inclusive of their fees) and they did not even search other options (underwriters) when the increased quote came in. They sent the renewal 6 days prior to expiry not giving me time to find other options. I thought brokers were suppose to work for clients to find best rates, not just auto-renew and collect fees and commissions!

Since the first day we placed insurance, we have found Air1 to provide very competitive quotes and dealt with In a friendly yet professional manner. Renewals were always a painless experience and looked after efficiently and promptly.
We very recently experienced a shipping damage claim, (due to FEDEX’s gross negligence by one of their Forklift operators to a very expensive MD Helicopter transmission). Air1 immediately got involved and took control of the situation and after a surprisingly short period of time, had the claim filed and funded In record time. Anyone looking for an Insurance Company that provides personal care and interest in your
Aircraft incident or any other associated claim, Air1 in my opinion has proven to be the best option in the industry.

Obviously, then, I've needed lots of individual attention from Air1 staff, and I can tell you their excellent, responsive, friendly, professional, helpful service doesn't all stop once they have your money. They've really been there for me! I understand Air1 is a family-type business, and that's sure reflected in the personable way all of their staff have about them. I really appreciated how great they were when dealing with my issues to me in the air again. I have confidence and trust in this company, and no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation.
