Their techs are knowledgeable and the customer service is seriously top notch.
I won't go anywhere else. I have unusually extra sensitive toenails (how and why, who knows?!) and Annie is so gentle while getting the job done, she does an excellent job. Go here, you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of work was better the first few visits. This appointment took longer than normal and expected. Exorbitant pricing and am unlikely to return. Tip: get the express manicure (not the manicure, and not the Polished spa manicure either) as it's the most affordable. Law of diminishing returns applies here as you receive marginal value for the extras you're paying for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! I should preface with the fact that I never get my nails done. I booked in for a shellac mani/pedi for my wedding and didn't realize that if I wanted extensions, I would need an appointment for gel nails. Even though they were super busy, the owner made an extra effort to extend 2 of my nails that were shorter than the rest. I appreciate the extra effort and care so much! Now my hands are perfect for wedding photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nail salon is nice and clean and the owner, Janny, is very sweet with great customer service. My complaint is in regards to the nail technician I frequently booked with - Annie. Annie is rude and made me feel like I was invading her time and the whole time I was there she would not engage conversation with me, but talked to others. I had to always ask for nail paint colours and she would provide to me but with an attitude. Her work is good but not her attitude nor customer service. For this reason I am giving the salon 1 Star and hopefully the owner can bring some awareness to Annie on her attitude. Not going back after many, many visits. I attended many times in hopes that her attitude would change, but sadly NOT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polished Nail Studio has been my nail salon for quite a few years now. It's by far the cleanest salon I've been to, especially their pedicure stations. This is the kind of salon where you walk in the door and all the girls know you and warmly greet you by name. Janny, the owner, puts her heart and soul into creating a great experience for her clients and making sure they love their nails. I would highly recommend Polished to anyone.

I have been regularly getting my gel nails filled for over 2 years now and highly recommend any of the girls who work there. I'll be a customer for life!
