She was very thorough in asking us about the details of our home and dollar amount of belongings, so she could find us coverage at the best rate. It was quick, easy and over the phone! The only thing I had to do was set up payment online which was also a breeze. Thressa mentioned that she will review my file every year with me to ensure we are always properly covered without paying too much for what we need. I was mailed my insurance papers quickly and can always call Thressa with any concerns. Thanks T!
