When I first got in contact with Rettie he was so informative,friendly, always answered all my question, and even after we purchased a lot he has been so amazing with us every time we have come to look at the progress, he has always been amazing with my kids..They love seeing him and yelling his name from a distant. Thank you so much Rettie for being such a all around great person to our family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rettie and Dixon are very helpful to us. They are very responsive and accomodate our requests patiently. Everytime we pass by the area to check the progress of our house, once they saw our car, they wave to us and welcome us with a big smile. We have a great experience dealing with them. We are really excited to move to our new home!
