★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea how this can be one of the biggest banks in the world, but everything is so far from what one would expect - opening and account is an mess, hard to use online services, resolving issues and phone support is horrible, product and services in Canada not impressive. Also, takes forever to process USD checks - 20 business days to clear it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't advice anyone to register or even go to this the worst bank in the world, they charge me each month and they never had any thing benefit to the costumers.
They make you feel like they will give you money as a gift.
Really ridicules everything over there, so good bye and sleep in a peace HSBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to collect my son’s credit card (supplementary card of mine) which was sent to this branch bcs we were on holiday but the process was very complicated. No wonder this branch get very low rating
