I took driving classes with 3 of the instructors at the Pointe Claire school. Pierre, Said and Azam. I spend 80% of my learning hours with Azam, and I have to say that he just took away my fear of driving, gave specific instructions on how to perform certain maneuvers, was super relaxed and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. He is Great! Cheers Azam!

Passed my driving exam today at SAAQ first try and wanted to say a big thank you for my teacher André Gamache for teaching us very well. Thanks to him, my driving was close to perfect. I really suggest taking him as a teacher!

People are nice however some classes are booked months apart. I don't recommend this place, don't waste your time. Go for another driving school.

My experience has been poor at best, especially regarding the booking of driving sessions. First of all, you cannot simply call to schedule an appointment. You have to give them your availabilities (which may change from week to week but they ignore that), and they will "call you back" once they schedule the appointment. I did not get called back (as I explain in the second point) so I had to start the same process again and am waiting for an appointment. Secondly, I was notified of an appointment two days before, on a day I had said I was not available! What is the point of me giving you my availabilities if you are just going to ignore them? I sent them an email to cancel this appointment, which never got a reply and they never called me again which prompted me to call again. Third thing, I paid for the theory book, like they required before the first theory class. They said you will receive a call or email when the book is ready for pick up at the office. After many weeks I emailed them asking where my book was. No response for weeks. Then they finally said it was in the office if I had not yet picked it up. Poor customer service to say the least. The theory class instructor is incredibly strict and uncapable of understanding that some people are not alone at home and there is background noise and that we cannot control our internet connections. If everything is not EXACTLY as he wants it, you have to leave the class because he cannot understand that you can't control everything, but HIS technical issues have to be accepted. The driving instructor for the one lesson I had before the one scheduled on the day I told them not to was awesome and made they process seem safe. He is the lone saving grace of this whole process. They do not respond to emails, the calls lead to more waiting and slow responses, I definitely feel my money would have better served me elsewhere. We are in a pandemic. Operating a business is hard. But almost a year into this situation, CAA should be better equipped to handle it and treat their paying customers much better than this. I hope this improves, but I just can't wait to be done because this experience has been nothing but frustrating.

One of the best driving schools in the West Island! Great communication, instructors are very nice and understanding. I would recommend this driving school for more peaceful and relaxed courses. Signing up is easy and quick. They are very organized, professional and friendly. Personally I wouldn't recommend going anywhere but this school. They went above and beyond to make this experience unique. Huge thank you to all the instructors for being able to work with my crazy schedule!

-Booking courses can only be done over the phone, which requires waiting for an absurdly long time on hold -Different driving instructors every time, with totally different styles, and who have no idea how my previous lessons went. These different teachers often gave me conflicting advice. -Overall, I was left feeling more like a number than a student. This impersonal approach makes you feel like they're really cranking people out rather than taking any actual care for their education. I deeply regret not choosing a smaller school with a more personal approach.

Instructors are excellent, but planning classes and courses is a giant headache. Trying to call usually entails a long wait…and then very little choice or none at all. Long and arduous, there aren’t enough options for lessons. That aside (and it is a big part of the service), school is friendly, and learner drivers are well prepared.

CAA driving school is an amazing and decent driving school. My professor Robert was nice and felt like we were learning a lot from his classes. We did activities to make sure we wear learning and he makes sure that you participated. Although he did not like wearing hats so you always need to take them off. The simulator was super fun to use as well. For the driving parts they were nice and okay. It would be nice if they had better knowledge of the roads and skills and better driving cars because it would have been better and easier knowing that sometimes they do their best. All in all hope to see changes and improvements in the near future. I had no issues or complaints when I was here. A would reccomend for me and a great driving school.
