My first thought is Jorge Lopez is hands-down, one of the most caring professionals I have met in this industry. He supported me through an insurance claim that had been closed and then re-opened - by not only locating needed photos and summarizing estimate data to the insurance agent, but he also touched up a rust spot on another vehicle I had purchased after hearing my story about my former car, just out of the kindness of his heart! I could see how valued he is in his workplace as I waited my turn with him…many people were asking for him and also making comments with a “Just ask Jorge, he’ll know…” kind of energy. Jorge is a crown jewel when it comes to care, excellence in service, and authenticity…first class all the way!!

Have had to use them in the past for repair work and when our insurance asked us where we would like our vehicle to be repaired from a hit and run there was no hesitation when we chose Horton. They guarantee their work and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. Will recommend to anyone looking for auto-body repairs. Thank you to the staff at Horton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will 100% be coming here for any auto body shop needs we have. We were forced into a very stressful situation when our tires got stolen off our brand new car. Our insurance company set us up with Horton and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brendan I believe was the gentleman who helped us through the whole process. He was a saint! He kept us informed whenever anything happened, he was incredibly knowledgeable and his customer service is 10/10. He gave us predictions on when services would be done, and everything went quicker than expected. They even cleaned the exterior of the car (which was much needed, and greatly appreciated) and I’m pretty sure they even chucked a little gas in her because the tank was under an 1/8th when it was towed there, and now it’s over 1/4! Definitely helped us out a bit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, really helped with the situation we were given. Thank you guys so much!!

Brad was totally on top of everything and the front desk lady (sorry I missed your name!!) was also on top of everything and kept it all running smoothly! Our paint-less hail damage repair and some additional paint and bodywork turned out perfect!

They gave my 2007 FJ Cruiser a complete makeover and it looks like a brand-new vehicle again (only better). Brendon was phenomenal and guided me through the process, step-by-step. He took time to update me on regular occasions and sent progress photographs throughout the restoration. This is a great place to go for anything from minor accident repairs to wholesale makeovers, and they will treat you like a person, not a number. And of course, the work is of the highest caliber.
