About Split Circuit Sound

For the past 25+ years we continue to associate with other reputable DJs and event service providers, such as the CDJA, CPDJA, The DJ Collective and ILEA – the International Live Events Association. We take pride in our work and, through our partnership with these associations, can guarantee your event is in the hands of experienced professionals.

Our DJ’s are employed EXCLUSIVELY by Split Circuit Sound and Alberta’s Best DJ’s which means they are never subcontracted for your event. All our staff spend extensive amounts of time in training and job shadowing with our Lead DJs/Managers to ensure they are able to exceed your expectations. We understand how important it is that your events proceeds smoothly, so we make sure our DJs are held to a higher standard.

We are committed to ensuring that all our music is legally purchased and prepared on our hard drives and of the highest possible quality. As a professional commitment to our customers, we carry a minimum 2 million dollars in liability insurance, a standard requirement at most venues.

Paul was a delight to work with, and gave us everything we needed to help organize or music for our big day. We even added a karaoke room, complete with awesome host Brenden. No matter where our guests were, they had a great time. They were even able to find some of the harder to find tunes we wanted to play. All of our guests loved every minute of the party, and a huge part of that credit goes to Split Circuit. You guys rock, thank you so much!

Most of my communication was with Paul and he was quick with his response and very helpful with all our questions. Brendan was our DJ and he had the right energy we were looking for! All of our guests were tearing it up on the dance floor thanks to these guys! The ceremony music was perfectly timed and it was beautiful. Very professional and very friendly! Would absolutely recommend them for any event!

Played appropriate music at appropriate volumes during the dinner and then revved up the volume and intensity for the post-dinner dance. Paul was a pleasure to deal with. We used him last time and we will be using him again next year. Highly recommend Paul and SCS.

Paul was great to work with, allowed us to plan our evening the way we wanted, mixing in some cultural elements to a modern, formal reception. Paul and his crew MC'd the entire evening, kept the kids and adults entertained, great music and games for everyone. Also, best bang-for-buck in party costs.
