★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prise en charge par le Dr Simard et plusieurs infirmiers/radiologue (Kanda, Genevieve, Justin..) exceptionnelle. Des mois pour ne pas dire années que je souffre de plusieurs maux sans que l’on m’écoute vraiment (à Gatineau où on dirait que souffrir est normal pour certains sans jamais explorer). Docteur Simard a fait preuve d’écoute et d’empathie et à découvert plusieurs choses au scanner qui selon moi auraient pu être découvertes bien avant. Merci pour l’accueil, la prise en charge et l’écoute.
 Exceptional care by Dr. Simard and several nurses/radiologist (Kanda, Genevieve, Justin..). For months, not to say years, I have suffered from several ailments without anyone really listening to me (in Gatineau where it seems that suffering is normal for some without ever exploring). Doctor Simard showed listening skills and empathy and discovered several things on the scanner that I think could have been discovered long before. Thank you for the welcome, support and listening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave me gravol when I first got there and said the doctor would come and bring me fluids. 6hrs later and not even a doctors visit. I left after 4 nurses told me “just a little longer”. I guess I’ll hydrate myself
