★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a détesté habiter ici. C'est bien trop cher pour ce qu'on reçoit. Les communications sont terribles. Ma voiture (pour laquelle je paie un stationnement) s'est faite frapper par une des bènes à ordures, ils n'ont jamais voulu me rembourser. Le déneigeur a frappé une autre voiture, en déneigeant. Le comble? Je déménage prochainement (yay!) et ils ne peuvent pas réserver l'ascenseur pour moi parce que je déménage une fin de semaine... ridicule, ahurissant et incompréhensible. Comment je peux demander à mes amis de prendre des jours de congé de leur travail pour m'aider à déménager...
 We hated living here. It's way too expensive for what you get. Communications are terrible. My car (for which I pay parking) got hit by one of the dumpsters, they never wanted to reimburse me. The snowplow hit another car, while clearing snow. The peak? I'm moving soon (yay!) and they can't book the elevator for me because I'm moving on a weekend...ridiculous, mind-boggling and incomprehensible. How can I ask my friends to take days off from work to help me move...

New management team also finally making changes and renewing things on the property.
Only down fall is parking but expected in the city of Ottawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Claridge regarding a plumbing issue on our 7 year old town home and was advised that because there were no issues during inspection when it was built that it wasn't their issue. I went back to them advising that the issue was due to plumbing that was not properly sealed and was told to contact the contractor who did the work initially. They were dismissive about the issue, and curt in their responses. This is our starter home and we will certainly not be purchasing another Claridge property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been here 1 year to many. Since the lady who rented us left no one is ever in office and there is Zero communication. They only care about your money wich is not worth giving them. Couldn't even hire a proper company to strip and waz floors. Claridge is very cheap. Don't rent here... not worth jt..
