K	Kim Cayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointing with my experience with Concorde property management and especially with the property manager Melinda Signoretti. Melinda had set me up for a viewing at 51 Jardin Pvt, I applied before viewing the unit as I wanted to be sure I was the first applicant to be considered. After viewing the unit, I let Melinda know I was interested and would like to move forward with the application. We spoke on the phone the next day, she said she would review my application and get back to me at the end of the day Tuesday with an answer. It is now Thursday, I still have not heard back. I sent Melinda an email following up and asking why the unit I applied for was now listed online again but at $1300 instead of $1200. She told me it's not the same unit, the address and pictures are exactly the same...I find this very insulting. I was unaware you can raise the cost of unit after an application had already been given in and was being processed. I'm very disappointed in the way I have been treated, I have complained about this property manger to the head office and I hope this doesn't happen again to anyone else. This was the apartment I wanted, I waited for days for a reply and all I received was a lie.

Office staff are great and very friendly. Staff organize activities for the building to make the tenant feel welcome. Great place to live!
s	syldan00 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here since 2015, and i just love it here. The floor plans are awesome, the property well kept, all concerns are addressed! Great staff - always! I am very clean and organized so the textiles used in all these units -bathroom flooring-cupboards you name it are definately above standard compared to other apartment buildings in ottawa who use cheap textiles. Easy maintenance and cleanliness looks like i just moved in ! Whether you are single or have a family, this is a great location! Rents are very reasonable peace of mind and alot of nice open space.
K	Kamal Akhavan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the some others review, I had a good experience to live here for 20 days. Everything was normal. There wasn’t bed bug on our unit at all. I didn’t encounter the staffs much. But for sometime that I saw, they were okay and polite.
J	John Masson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place! Lived there for 10 years and moved out last year and come once in a while to see some friends who tell me things don’t change. There are two couples who take care of the building, one couple are bullies so they bully the tenants and the other couple who just happen to be reasonably nice. The bully couple are never in the office but you can guarantee finding them outside smoking. They give all the dirty work to the nice couple who always seen working. The bullies live in one of the townhouses that I can’t afford. Plowing in winter is poor and if they salt the pathways it’s usually a small amount basically when the freezing rain has ended. Numerous complaints go in one ear and out the other. They don’t care if you slip and fall, they laugh behind your back. They have favorite tenants so you get good service. Being on their bad side means no 24 hr notice, gossiping and laughing about you to other tenants, lying about notices that were never given and making up lies to evict tenants. Your decorating must be top notch because if they don’t like it then be prepared for their warnings, a sink full of dishes or raggedy furniture will get you eviction warnings. They won’t acknowledge cockroach and bed bug problems by getting the work done right instead prefer to evict tenants who end up bringing the problem to another landlord.

I have asthma and my neighbour below me smoked pot 24/7 coming into my apartment making me gag, wheeze, and cough. I’ve sent numerous emails to the building managers asking them to talk to my neighbour but they just ignore my emails. There’s constantly people moving out of this building because they are fed up with management here. Do yourself a favour and do NOT rent here!!

It was a nerve racking step for us to make the move and these rockstars ensured a smooth entry into the building. We asked so many questions and really put the hospitality to the test and they did a fantastic job welcoming us to the neighbor hood. Parking garage is clean and spacious. Parking spots have more than enough room indoor and out! The inside entry is for people of all walks of life, with a ramp and as well as a courteous entry. Buzzer access is updated and easy to use for friends and family to join you in your home! Lobby is clean and quite large. ? Smells excellent when you walk in! Mail is secure and safe with security cameras and great neighbors. Also social distancing markers and friendly mask reminders are located through out the building. Couldn't have done a better job! Elevators x2 both cleaned everyday and big enough for 6 people. But currently with social distancing they have put measures in play to ensure our safety! So as of now they are limited to 2 people per. !. Ending this abruptly! But thank you again for the smooth beginning to our new lives! ? Sincerely, A&N

The management is horrible, the managers are rude, never listens to your concerns despite saying it hundreds of times. They are ignorant. They don't fix anything in the apartment and when reminded they will only get angry with you. They are not in the office most of the times even before covid. Always issues with water and heating. Laundry room has old washing machines and some of them does not even work most of the times. There is bedbugs issue in these apartments. Despite all these issues the rent is high. Avoid this place if possible.
