W	Will Joel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff is pathetic: 3 to 4 staff in the reception room doing some stuff (!!!!) and only 1 to asks you, once it's your turn, and following some stuff to do from the ``patient" before you:"how can can help you", i.e., "what do you want"!!!. You explain what you`"WANT", i.e . simple:just a prescription renewal from you Family Doc who's my Doc in this center. The answer was just scary: "Go to your pharmacy and have it send a prescription renewal". I then, asked , I am short of my prescription. Then: ANSWER: It will take between 5 to 7 days to fulfill. ME: I am short and have my medication for 2 -3 days ANSWER: Some docs do it quicker, but you should do it on "TIME", i.e. that's your problem !!!!!!!! ME: This is a critical renewal for my health (heart, diabetes, etc...), If I can have it, I'll go the ER or come to the WI hours. ANSWER: come back if you are short !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC and SCARY. (Not the docs. Mgmt, may be?).
p	passe partout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went a few times regarding very real healt problems. Every time I was told to go see a specialist. They never had the courtesy of directing me towards one. Or to even write a referral ( even if requested). So now im self medicating : (
D	Dark and Wilder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not overly confident in medical approach. The experiences I've had there seems to be a 'wait and see' approach. Every time I've had an appointment (apart from arriving on the scheduled time, then waiting for 30 mins+ every time) didn't leave me with confidence in the doctor assessment. Generally if you "look" healthy, you must be healthy seems to be the approach from by at least one doctor. Even known issues, eczema needed two appointments because of this 'wait and see' approach. If you're truly desperate for a family doctor, its better than nothing, but in a country like Canada, in place that right besides a full hospital (Monfort), it seems crazy that medical assessments are being treated using 19th century approach and technologies, especially for potentially serious issues. Basically " I don't know what this could be using my stethoscope to listen to your heart, so it must be nothing" I'm really hustling to find a better doctor as it seems that I've had "better" medical attention at AppleTrees. I hate to leave negative reviews but after a few visits over the years, it's my genuine thoughts on this learning office.

N	Nancy Bui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a patient here for over a year now and I definitely would recommend this family health clinic to friends and family! The nurses, nurse practitioner and Dr. Stefan de la Plante have given my husband and I the most friendliest, professional, knowledgeable and outstanding healthcare. I have always felt respected and comfortable in this office. The office hours are very flexible and they provide certain services over the phone which is very convenient. The only two complaints I have with this office is their parking situation (I always end up paying close to $10 in parking fees) and their front desk admin staff can have a bit less than approachable/friendly manner at times.

Awful medical staff that pushes their own clients away after making them drive over an hour in traffic to get the sick kids to their appointments. The only good one there is Dr. Phillipowsky but since he’s on vacation we get the one that had the CHOICE to see them but refused even though they had appointments and we were the only ones in the clinic. Nice politics but because the staff booked us without even confirming our address and since recently moved to QC, we were refused because of their error.
M	Madeleine Lyons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Auger sees our whole family and we have been blown away by her patience, skill and warm demeanour. We're a same sex Anglo couple and even though we've moved far away now we commute back to see her because she's so good. She's almost always on exact time, asks great questions, has a lovely bedside manner and to be honest the students and other doctors at this clinic have all been the same including her cover. To think they also have admitting privileges at the nearby hospital is just icing on the cake. 10/10
E	EN nanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called doctors office today and after 6 minutes wait time, their phone was ringing and not answered and looped back, took another 5 minutes for an answer. I had requested a prescription to be faxed to a new pharmacy that i had switched to, front office clerk who answered the call confirmed the address of my new pharmacy but still went ahead and sent to the old pharmacy. My old pharmacy, luckily called me to inform that they had received the fax. Then I had to call the new pharmacy, to have them call my old pharmacy and have them fax over the prescription. This is not acceptable and ridiculous.
