★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 24 hrs in ER, Dec 31-Jan1, IV antibiotics, received wonderful care. Returned Jan 2 with severe reaction to follow up medication (as instructed by pharmacist), told by triage nurse to speak French and wait in line like everyone else, or call info sante. One bad triage nurse ruined this hospital for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! I waited 7 hours for a simple x-ray that they took in 10 min. The waiting times were incredibly high even though we were only two patients online. The worst part is that they didn’t even reveal the x-ray results with me because they said they were not allowed to. Screw them. The staff is very incompetent and mean. They don’t care about the patients at all. Now I’m leaving the hospital with the same problems I arrived. Please run! Don’t waste your time
