★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around three weeks ago, my 20 years old furnace didn't work suddenly. So, I called Costco for help. A guy named Leon Kwan called me back and come to my house on the same day. After estimation, he suggested me to change to a new furnace and air conditioner at the same time. He explained to me on the advantages on getting a new one instead of repairing the existing one and the details of the cost, rebate and installation issues. I, of course, have many questions but he explained to me clearly and patiently. He is very professional to me and trustworthy, so I decided to go ahead. Due to the urgency, he arranged the installation on next day. The installer, Jason, did a very good job and very nice, he checked our existing humidifier and electronic air cleaner to make sure they work and taught me on how to use the new thermostat. He also cleaned up the floor before leaving and disposed our old unit. I'm glad and satisfied on this purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three week ago, we have Leon the sales/technician from Homestar in behalf of Costco, came to our house to give us his advise on changing both our heating furnace and air conditioner as the air conditioner was already dead last summer. We were very satisfied with both their professional sales and installation services. As Leon did explain to us which models to use for our home and gave us some recommendations of which one would be the best for our environment. We have also asked for quotes from one company that helped us clean the furnace, but since they don't offer Lennox and we believed that Costco has a better reputation; therefore, we decided to use Costco as they have better warranties and since Lennox was one of their go to agents we decided to use Homestar. Costco also gave us some kickbacks on Costco cash card/gift card as they were doing a promotion that month. We have finally installed the new furnace and air conditioner last week and our home was warm and up again. Plus can't wait until the summer comes and we could kick up the air conditioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Air Conditioner is 25 years old, and we called HomeStar to get an estimate for the replacement. They sent Lawrence to our house for the pricing. We have been dealing with HomeStar Heating since 2008 for our furnace replacement. We end up chose Lennox High Efficiency Air Conditioner which has quiet model. Benny and his team took 5-6 hours to complete the job. Thank you for the good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a new Lennox AC unit installed from the promo at Costco.
The staff from Homestar were very polite, efficient, knowledgeable and responsible for their work. Everything was done very thoroughly including the clean up. The new unit looks amazing and Neil spent the time to explain everything they did in great detail. I felt very comfortable and safe knowing that my house is well cared for. In fact, they were also the ones who installed my furnace about 4 years ago and I have been very satisfied with their service ever since. They were also very accommodating and fulfilled my request to get a furnace maintenance done on the same day they were there for the AC.
I would DEFINITELY and highly recommend Homestar to anyone who is looking to get work done at their house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite impressed with Leon who came in to check my HVAC unit and provided a written quote, brochures and recommendations to replace my analog thermostat and air filter size from 14x20 to 16x25. I was very impressed with the installers, Aneal and Saif for a great job in installing the HVAC unit in such a tight space. They were professional, clean and worked as a team to ensure they were done within the timeframe provided. The A/C is working well along with the new thermostat. Thank you HomeStar Heating & Air Conditioning for providing the best service in partnership with Costco. I also had the pleasure to connect with Leon after the installation for additional questions. He was very responsive and I highly recommend these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to move our AC and shopped around quite a bit and came across HomeStar through Costco. Ivan was so professional and not pushy…. Some other companies made up some excuse in an attempt to get us to replace a perfectly functioning furnance. Ivan said don’t do it if it’s working. The 2 guys that came to install were really nice too. Walked us through the whole install and cleaned up the work area nicely. I would highly recommend these guys (106125)
