This property management company is so far the worst I have ever seen. I recently lost my tenant of 4 years at college park 2 because of these people. They were rude and were not addressing my tenant’s legitimate concerns. As for my own interactions with them, they are unprofessional and unresponsive. A few phone calls I had with the property manager for a maintenance related issue for my unit, he was dismissive and rude. I do not recommend this company for your condo.

The individuals at this company have failed to maintain basic standards in my building and when spoken to about these concerns, (i.e. leaving our intercom broken for 9 months) multiple owners have been met with a β€œnot my problem” attitude. I do not understand how they even have one 5-star review and I would recommend that google looks into the individuals that gave them such a suspiciously high review. STEER CLEAR OF PRO HOUSE

As a Director of an MTCC, I have come to rely on Pro-House to be the best property management company there is! Since switching to Pro-House several years ago, as a board - we have not looked back! Best in the market!

In early 2020, the Prohouse received two complaints of mold in attics of our townhouses. Instead of having a professional company remedy the mold issue, the manager just hired a roof contractor to replace all roof shingles and plywood sheathings. There wasn’t any proper professional inspection, budgeting, tendering, notice to the owners, or even a contract with the roofing contractor. Over $760,000 of the reserve fund was spent on 51 of the 80 townhouses. This resulted in a severe financial predicament for the complex. The quality of the project is another issue to be faced where several NEW roofs leaked. Additionally, Monthly Financial Statements were not sent to the previous Board of Directors, and statements from June 2020 were still incomplete after April 2021. New/current Board of Directors decided to terminate the contract in June, and sent out notice in April. Prohouse was uncooperative during the turnover, and did not provide the new Management with all statements until October which caused delay and confusion regarding our management and special assissment fees in 2021.

Managing an older building comes with added challenges but after almost ten years on the board of directors I have to say that the association with Anish Gore and Pro-House Management has been invaluable. Communication, knowledge and support have always been there through the day to day operations as well as major updates. Definitely recommended.

Pro-House Management has been the property management firm for my condominium for many years. I have been on their board of directors for some 20 years and so have a good perspective to speak from. During my tenure the building has changed property management companies a few times, however we have felt comfortable with Pro-House and have remained with them for a significant period. Firstly we know we are in good hands as the company works as a team and behind the property manager are others to consult as needed - lawyers, senior managers, referrals to consultants etc. We feel the company is knowledgeable and professional in its approach and are particularly pleased with our Property Manager, Anish Gore, who is a pleasure to deal with, responsive.and skilled in his trade. He has a good working rapport with our superintendent and all board members. His communication skills are excellent and he is successful in dealing with difficult situations that can arise with tenants. Anish is reliable and professional. Over the years we have taken on major construction projects including the refurbishment of our garage. Pro-house helped us through this, and other projects, with the tendering and oversight of the project, to a vey satisfactory conclusion. Knowing the company and its principals for many years, it is small enough that one feels part of a family or community that is working with our best interests at heart. In summation, I would recommend this company to others without hesitation.

Our condo has been using Pro-House for a number of years with very satisfactory service. They have been responsive to our needs and act quickly on any issues we might have. Our Board has been pleased with the service we are getting. When we do have an issue, we find that they respond quickly and try to find a satisfactory solution. There is no such thing as perfect but when we have looked at other management companies in the past, Pro-House has come out very well for us. I'm not quite sure why there are some bad reviews, but there is no such thing as perfect and sometimes people's expectations are not reasonable. If things break down, it's not the fault of the company but how they handle the repair and how quickly. We have had no issues in this respect.

Our experience with Pro-House has been unwaveringly positive. Property management is a field involving many different stakeholders which makes it difficult if not impossible to please everyone. Inevitably there will be upset individuals who complain - on line. The happy people just stay silent. Making everyone happy however is not their job. It is running the property smoothly and professionally and enforcing the rules to the benefit of the community as a whole. On this count, our condominium corporation gives Pro-House full marks. They are responsive, professional, capable, efficient and fair. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants "top bang for their buck" out of their property manager.
