★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was dealt with in a rude manner, just went to pick up a piece of jewelry on pawn, and was given a very rude attitude throughout. Pro tip, when giving a customer his merchandise back don't just say "here" and pass it to me quickly . Here is your item, is there anything else i could help you with, thank you, would be easier on the ears.
If i was rude to you i would expect the same energy back, that goes without saying, however i was pleasant and kind the whole time . If you do not like your job don't do it.

My last trip in was to pick up a set of tablets and Brandon and Adam were great. Have only been a buyer here and had nothing but positive experiences although have had friends sell item's and always had a fair if not above average return on their products. Buyer or seller they always make you feel welcome and no pressure sales. You know you will be seeing us in there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arguably my favorite second hand goods store in Kingston. Inventory is perusable online through their website (although I always wish they offered more photos), and they always entertain my negotiations and offers for products. Reasonably priced at market value they have saved me plenty of money on a wide variety of Pro quality DJ gear and my other electronics I buy there. Very happy.

These places closed on Sundays are ridiculous. I said the same thing to the hobby store, where are they now?
To me this says the company and employee are lazy they don’t care about the people or products.
It’s truly fine, I don’t use these services 99% the one time I do, you’re closed all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a digital camera from them about a week to 2 weeks ago. Camera isn’t for me and just not what I was looking for. I didn’t have my receipt so I didn’t try and return it but I did try and sell it to them. The guy looked at me and said that they were going to pass. It’s to old for them. When I said I just bought it the Hock Shop employee had the nerve to look me right in the eyes and say “ So that means I have to buy it back?”. Honestly no they don’t but you’d think out of curiosity they would. I even only asked for half of what I paid for it. Like. WOW. And it’s not the first time someone there has been rude. I think they need a bunch of new employees and new management. Also fix the hours. It’s ridiculous.
