I've been here multiple times and I always have a great, very professional experience. They have a wide selection on display, and the prices are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you to find something that you like within your budget. We were helped by Elana and she essentially showed us everything related to what we were looking for until we found something we liked.

The staff here are so friendly and professional. I brought my ring here to be resized and they couldn't have been any kinder. The price was affordable, and the turnaround time was excellent. I meant to leave a review sooner but forgot. I got my ring sized in November 2020. They are definitely going to be my go to store for repairs going forward. Their selection of jewelry is absolutely gorgeous! One of a kind, original, high end quality. Can't wait to buy my first piece from them .

Buyer beware. Terrible customer service, not to be trusted, slimy jewler practices. Went here to have a ring resized. My fiance and I were very excited to get her ring sized and start a relationship relationship a local jewler, as I did not get the engagment ring locally. At first things seemed to be good. They explained platinum is harder to work with so it would cost more (makes sense). Quoted an almost too reasonable rate of $120 to bring the ring down 3/4 of a size (while the sales lady quoted- she was quick to hide her binder with pricing). Next the "jewler" came from the back, who was a very young man with Eastern European accent (?) to 'help'. At first he appeared helpful but both employees did not seem overly confident in advising the right size. Then he was explaining that he does the work and it's very speciality and he does it from Vancouver to Montreal. I was impressed! Getting to meet him and talking to the gold Smith. Then his story changed to he is the one driving it to Montreal and someone else will do it there. I assumed perhaps he made a simple mistake, but this is where it started getting strange. I asked since he personally takes it, what the paperwork looks like and I made a joke that I assumed he has insurance. He said yes everything was good and he would look after it and referenced he's better then fedex. I didn't push more on this but doubted proper insurance was in place. This is where it gets very sketchy. Next I say ok well I have heard about the unfortunate situation within the industry of diamond swapping when resizing is done. So i asked if it would be possible to use the magnification tools to verify the serial number now and also when it comes back? ( I thought this was a pretty innocent and straight forward ask? It's my diamond, I know it has a serial number on it, so what does it matter?) Well it mattered a lot. He quickly got his back up and said "we don't do that, you need to trust me", I friendly reminded him that i met him 5 minutes ago and I thought it was a simple ask. I let him know at this point it was a lab grown diamond wirh a certificate so I know the serial number is engraved on the girdle of the diamond. At this point he knew I wasn't going to go ahead if I didn't verify it and his interest in doing the work completely dropped and he walked away in a fit. Then as my new fiance is there he came back starts telling me that lab diamonds are fake and I bought a fake diamond and the serial number doesn't matter because it's fake. I let him know I feel I made an informed purchased and was happy with my purchase. I purposely wanted lab grown for the benefits that come along with it, I also suggested to him that he should maybe do some more research as they are not fake. At this point we left the store as I would clearly not trust this person or store with my diamond. Secondly I have a strong feeling they are unwilling to show serial numbers because they do participate in slimy jewler practices. I should of read the other Google reviews as there is a common thread here. Stay clear, there's a lot better places out there. Update: Thank you for the reply, it is clear to see my review holds true and the public will see through the tone and falsehoods made in your reply are aligned with your practices.

I just had my wife's engagement set sized and recoated here at TresOrs. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. They help my wife find a size that felt most comfortable for her, even offering to do custom inbetween-sizes to accommodate her. The rings came back looking brand new and in just over a week, much faster then competition that quoted more then 3 weeks. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience at TresOrs. Will definitely be returning here in the future.

I had a ring that the gem popped out of and they fixed it super quickly and charged a very acceptable price!! Very kind and pleasing people. Highly reccomend.

Thank you very much for my wonderful engagement ring. I was referred by a friend and they told us that they had a very good experience. We are happy to say the same. They took their time on explaining the process of creating our engagement ring and even showed us some loose stones and explaining the difference between each stone. I was impressed by the selection and the staff knowledge. Getting to be involved in the process of designing our ring was very exciting. We felt very confident that the ring would turn out exactly as we designed. It was even better! We will definitely return to Tresors Jewellers. ??
