★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked them to spey a female dog, neuter a male dog, and carry out a euthanasia. They refused to do any of them. Now I have puppies. And to top it all off they were rude and pompous on the phone. Truly awful attitude and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave a LOT of medications for our dog and when I checked the bill, one item was missing which they charged on the receipt. I called to let them know and was informed they will call once it is available. But why would they charge clients worth $53.00 outright and the item is missing? Isn't that a rip off? Should they ask to pay only when the item is available?
Update: The issue stated was a case of misunderstanding. Hopefully a charge will only be made for any available medication to avoid confusion. I give them credit for the follow-up so I'm giving them 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Tallon and Dr Durfy are both so great with our cats. They are caring and take the time to build a rapport. If I put the carrier out, the cats jump right in. They know they get to go visit their buddies at Highview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Durfy is wonderful. She explains everything and answers all your questions. The lady who answered the phone I think her name was Heather was so kind friendly. My little Sully (kitty) is feeling so much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignorant staff. Only want your money. Miss your appointment they take it very personal and will harass you every day. The facility is a dive and not a nice atmosphere. Take the time to find another vet …. There’s one on every corner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love taking my puppy to the vet here! It's normally not fun to take any animal to the vet because it may mean that they are not well, but the amazing staff make every visit a pleasure. I have been taking my pets there for 20 years and would never consider going anywhere else. The doctors and other staff are incredibly helpful and compassionate. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate their dedication to animals (and their owners)!
