J	Joseph Cloutier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domino's is losing its appeal. What used to be the best pizza in Thunder Bay has become mediocre. Double cheese comes back like half cheese. The service is deteriorating. Everyone is in a hurry instead of putting an effort into making a quality pizza. From last year to this year my stats drop it from a 5 to a 3 or 2. ?Do better Domino's.
b	bryan g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man, this place is going down-hill. Used to be my go-to for all my pizza/chicken needs. Recently had a driver who wasn't given enough change so he had to go back to the store, said he'd be back in 10 minutes right? 10 minutes later he said it'd be another 30 minutes as he's waiting for a delivery. It was another 60 minutes after that that had me call to ask what's happening. As soon as they picked up I was put on hold for nearly a half-hour. I had left a minor complaint with the other person who picked up the phone and he sent the driver out promptly to give me my change. Almost 2 hours later and being placed on hold for 26 minutes I got my change back but the driver had to give me $2 of his own money and overpaid my change all because they didn't supply enough change money to him to begin with? Delivery was marked as cash, it wasn't a sudden change of mind on my part. EDIT: 2 years later they still accept orders but won't fulfill them within the closing hour.
Z	Zac Teetaert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At a national gathering trying to get some late night eats for my youth and haven't been able to get through to the other location(closer to campus). Honest mistake of just not hanging up the phone, frustrating but not a huge deal. 1 star for the lousy customer service recieved from this location. Will not deliver the 2 miles across town, or suggest options to resolve the issue at the other location. The fellow was rather rude and maybe not the right fellow to have on the phones. Love the pizza, hopefully no one else goes through the same experience here.

When you need something quick, or late at night, it's a great option. Had a couple contactless delivery issues, where if it had not been for the Pizza Tracker™ my food would have gone cold sitting on my porch.

When I called the store I was a bit put off because rather than saying, "sorry lets fix this". Instead they just wanted us to take a credit. When I said no remake it, they tried to discourage me by saying it's going to take a longtime. The second order came the same as the first one burnt. Manager never contacted me, took me 10 days to reach him and get my money back mines the tip (out $5.00) Dominos needs to step it up and not make remarks like ... "It happened because you ordered our cracker crust " All I did was order from the menu! SS
