Honestly love Gino’s, however was a a bit disappointed when my order came and it had a bunch of toppings that I didn’t order… The whole pizza was suppose to have pepperoni, and the left side was suppose to have bacon and mild sausage… So, seeing ham, and mushrooms with no pepperoni was kind of weird to me… I called, and spoke with them, and the woman who answered was polite and said she’ll speak with a manager, and he offered up a replacement as well as $5.00 off my next order. I don’t even want the $5.00 off. Lol… however, this one instance where they screwed up, they handled it nicely, and I will continue to be a loyal customer… once my replacement gets here ?

Ordered 2 double cheese pizzas. The worker didn't say anything when we called to place the order, thought we dialed it wrong at first. When they arrived they were not double cheese, only 1 dipping sauce when we should have gotten 2, and the pizzas weren't cut! Not the first time my order was wrong or missing a dipping sauce. This location frequently messes up orders.

Closest thing to Italian pizza ? in all of TBay. Always delivered super fast so it’s still hot ?. It’s my go to and I never stray.

UPDATE: got my new pizza and it was nice and hot and made right. they also added complementary soda's which I am grateful for. ORIGINAL review 1 star: ordered a Large butter chicken pizza with spinach online. I asked to have the red onions and the green peppers off of the pizza. the email confirmation I got said 45 minutes. just after 1 hour of waiting the pizza was delivered. the delivery driver was kind. get my pizza and go inside i was so hungry as is that i didn't really look at the pizza closely and took a bite. I was not expecting to be met with what looks to be double green peppers cooked into my pizza. I call the store and place a complaint and they say they will make a new pizza and get it to me right away. get a phone call not even a minute later saying that their computer says nothing about no green peppers. why does my E-receipt say this then? currently waiting on that new orders delivery i will update this review accordingly.

I was very disappointed with the service of the Thunder Bay Balmoral branch. We ordered pizza at 4:15pm and were told pizza would arrive in an hour. When it hadn’t arrived after 1.5 hours I called to ask how much long as we had 4 children under 6 who were very hungry. She said she didn’t know and they were very busy. I called again after 2hrs had passed and asked to speak to a manager, the lady said “ she spoke to the manager” after I asked her to speak to the manager and there would be no discount or anything she could do for me. Terrible customer service. I will never order from here again. We were told an hour, had I been told it was two hours I would have said thank you, I will pass.

Gino's Cumberland has begun to make pizza of very poor quality. They use stale dough, use very less toppings and also don't add dips. Kindly go to Gino's Balmoral instead. They are better, although both have very poor customer service and poor work ethics. All the best. Once Gino's use to make best pizza in the town. It's not the same anymore, unfortunately. They ruined my lunch and charged me a whooping price for such poor quality. Please save your time and money by not visiting them.

Ordered ahead online. Was called near the time of pickup to be told that a few items were unavailable and there was no proper substitute. Fine. Showed up about 5 minutes past the pickup time and they said they only just started on it. Had to wait in the store for things to be made. After waiting and staring out the window looking at the clock to notice that it was now 10 minutes past the "ready in 12 minutes" quote, I started to make eye contact with the person who I spoke with.. after a few minutes he asked "what's your name again?" after it became awkward and then scoffed at me when I asked "is it ready yet?" because I got the response of "it has been for a while." I guess it wasn't important enough for them to care that I was waiting in the store for my already late food. Started eating once I got home only to find out that it wasn't properly cooked. At that point I was not in the mood to let out explosive frustration on anyone so it got thrown out (my guests were so appalled by it all) and ended up not being able to find a replacement in time before we needed to travel. Great experience, highly recommend for anyone with unlimited patience who enjoys disappointment.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PIZZA WAS COLD AND UNCUT. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Ordered a pizza online with one of their “online deals” for a large pizza and 2 dipping sauces. Said it would take 45 minutes. Over an hour later it arrived, tipped the guy $2.50 at the door as I hadn’t seen the pizza yet. Opened the pizza and it was completely uncut, and had no dipping sauces. ordered light sauce as they usually drown it and there was no sauce at all. It was cold. I’ve ordered from Gino’s before and it was great, so hot you have to wait to eat it. Called to complain and the kid had no idea what to say, put me on hold twice and eventually a girl said she would give me a $5 credit on my next pizza. My tip was half of that. Asked if they would bring my dipping sauces as this was ridiculous and poor customer service and she proceeded to tell me “I will get my driver to bring it over after we drop off a triple order.” And then hung up on me. As if them being busy is an excuse and now mine is not a priority order when they couldn’t get it right the first time. Very dissatisfied with the product and especially the customer service. $5 on another cold pizza does not really cut it - much like Gino’s did not cut my pizza.
