★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff and veterinarians, they are extremely caring and friendly. Any time my dog Ruby has needed immediate care, they have fit her in that same day or very soon after if it wasn't an emergency. I appreciate the extra hard work they are doing to safely care for animals during the pandemic. It is so comforting to know my dog is in good hands during those scary situations. I'm grateful for this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This animal hospital stands true to their name (hospital) and looks after the community.
They went above and beyond and helped me out when nobody else in the Central Vancouver Island area would - it was about my sick dog who ate a bunch of pills for them not the fact that they weren't accepting new patients. My dog's regular vet couldn't get her in to pump her stomach but these guys did!
Forever grateful!! ❤?❤?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mom called in after our dog collapsed in front of us and was told they would not see our dog, even asked to speak with the vet and was told no. they were the only vet open in town so we wound up having to commute to nanaimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friend took in her cat with a massive cut on his belly and was told that no one could see him until the next morning what a horrible vet clinic and yes she was already a patient there if you don't care about animal welfare just shut down and is now refusing to see my friends cat unless I remove this post and now have removed her as a patient because they don't care about animal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My one dog was sick today they got her in fast and gave us meds, they saw my other dog too and quoted me for a teeth cleaning. Prices are always fair and I really appreciate it. We switched years ago and I'll always use central over anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dog for an annual check up and vaccine update and the staff were so nice to accept us. We are new patient and it's been really hard for us to find a vet because most of them
are not taking new patients bc of covid. Thankfully Central Cowichan Animal Hospital took us in and they were so friendly and understanding to my nervous dog. :) My dog got a trauma going to a clinic because of her past experiences with her check up. I am so glad this Animal Hospital was so understanding with my dog. Also, the Vet took time to discuss everything to me which I really appreciate and asked if I have any more concern regarding my dog's health. I would definitely recommend this Animal Hospital you can really feel the concern they have for your pet. :)
