There is more to veterinary care than just curative measures, and the fine folks who work at this clinic are exemplary in all regards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncaring and cruel. Turning away an existing customer with a dying animal because they haven't been there since before Covid. Receptionist is abysmal, how she has a job there is beyond me, must be a relative. Now I'll wait for her passive aggressive response to my review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ every time i’ve gone there they were always horrible. most awful experience was when i brought my hamster there because she had a little nick on her stomach and they refused to even look at her and were very unkind to all of us. it’s a terrible thing to refuse service and insult to two little crying 5 and 7 year old kids who just want their hamster to get help. keep in mind that this was before covid, so they could’ve looked at her. ended up bringing her to another vet the next morning and they tried everything to help her and they did a great job. i’m never going back to this awful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't help me when it was time to ease the suffering of my senior dog. I would not recommend this vet. Edit. I didn't ask for an in home euthanasia and was willing to bring my dog in. And your assertion that you offered a different number does not change the fact that you showed no compassion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had to have our beloved pet dog “Jewel” put down. Dr. Kramer was VERY insensitive and actually RUDE. Her attitude made a heart wrenching experience even harder. Also, before putting her down, they suggested that we give her to a staff member to raise. Can you imagine just giving your pet away?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. If you are looking to pay ridiculous prices, & pay for services that your pet didn’t even receive, then this is the place for you! I have been taking my pet here for years. Had an off putting experience not long ago so I found another local vet to book the service for a much more reasonable price. Was told to never come back to Beaver Valley Clinic if I took my pet elsewhere, regardless of the circumstances. After an incredible experience at the new vet, I find out that when I had my pets operation completed, I was lied to about what was actually done and was charged for things that didn’t even happen. Absolutely disgusting, ridiculous, rude people who don’t care about you or your pets well-being. All they care about are the dollar signs flowing in the door behind you and your animals. I highly advise you go elsewhere. Severely disappointing after all of the years I have been taking my sweet pet here, just to be completely taken advantage of and treated HORRIBLY after one off putting experience. I would NEVER recommend Beaver Valley Animal Clinic to ANYONE!!
