★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off a disposable camera for my daughter way back in September and was told their machine was broken so it needed to be sent out to St. Thomas and would take 6/8 weeks. I marked my calendar for early and mid Nov. I Contacted them NO CAMERA yet....just went in on Dec 21st...STILL NO CAMERA!
MY POOR DAUGHTER wanted those pictures to make a collage for a friend out of town for Xmas. You would have thought 3 MONTHS would have been lots of time. Well we still have no pictures!!! This is very upsetting and unacceptable service. Maybe consider closing your connection with this St. Thomas business. All I keep getting told is their machine is broken. So sad for my daughter!

He cleaned out the battery compartment for me and even gave me a quick how-to lesson and as someone brand new to photography, this was MUCH appreciated. Such a kind person and all staff were welcoming upon entry to the store. I highly recommend Henry's on Wellington. Thanks so much :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a picture taken here for a non-Canadian passport. They took the picture and spent significant amount of time bringing it to the passport specifications. The picture was rejected by the passport office's online system.
When I phoned the store, Jordan answered and offered to retake the photograph for free.
Erin was the one who took the photograph again. She was super attentive and patient with me and my acquaintance. She even watched a 2+ minutes long video on my phone in another language with spotty subtitles to understand the photograph specifications. The photograph that Erin took and brought to specifications was accepted by the passport office's website without any issues.
They have great customer service and very reasonable prices.
Especial shout out to Erin for going above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always used to have wonderful service until they started discriminating against those with disabilities. They have lost a long time customer and I am so sad that after all the times that I avoided Amazon to spend more money at Henry's just so I could support local, this is what it came to. Thank goodness for other stores that do not discriminate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the kindest and most thoughtful folks I’ve encountered in retail. I went in to get passport photos done for my 2 year old - who was a complete handful - and the patience exercised by the staff in getting him comfortable, calm and finally seated to take a picture was greatly appreciated.
