★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough good things about Camera Canada. Their prices and inventory are great: any comparison shop on the internet can tell you that. What you won't see from that cursory search is how exceptional their customer service is. What I love about the store is that any employee I've talked to has had the authority to make decisions that make my shopping experience better. Whether that was offering to sell the sample model, or handling the return of my camera for repairs shortly after the warranty expired, the service representatives have gone the extra mile. I'll shop here every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .Excellent customer service on my first purchase from this retailer. The staff at Camera Canada was willing to honor a previously advertised price (an hour earlier, to be exact) even though the current price went up by a couple of hundred bucks! That, for me, sealed the deal. On top of that, they shipped the camera and handgrip with every item securely packed, the invoice neatly folded in half I am impressed, and will be shopping here from now on.

I usually look for my equipment on Amazon and then purchase it directly through camera Canada as I know that I am getting the real items. Their customer service has been excellent and shipping very fast. I highly recommend the company. I like to support local businesses when possible. I will continue to purchase my cameras through this company!

Not really a place to browse but if you know what you want they probably have it and you will be in and out quickly. Prices are competitive. Haven't ordered online but would not hesitate to do so after my experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I started using Camera Canada for my photography purchases they have been amazing! Very helpful staff who recognize you and your previous purchases and always ship extremely fast. I live in remote northern Canada so I appreciate the fast shipping from their store as things take longer to reach me. It’s amazing to have items shipped within hours rather than waiting a week or more for shipping like I’ve experienced from other camera stores. Camera Canada is my go to camera store because of their amazing team and service.

The staff were helpful and polite and never gave up although waiting for almost 3 months for Canon to produce the goods. This was a big ticket item purchase and I only have positive things to say about the company and the staff. I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending Camera Canada and I will most definitely use them again! Thanks again for an experience that exceeded expectations!

The staff always go out of their way to be nice, thoughtful and knowledgeable when you have a question. As a photography newbie I often ask annoying/embarrassing questions before purchasing new equipment and they are always very patient with me. I wish I knew more photography people so I could recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camera Canada is located in downtown London and is notably the flagship of the 2 stores in this city. Staff are knowledgeable and are able to provide recommendations, even if you are a newbie. Prices are competitive and the sales that they have from time to time are very attractive, compared to competitors in the city. I have to say I was very happy with customer service provided. There was no pressure on buying and they were able to set aside the camera kits with lens that I had called in advance for, even though I only planned to get one (they offered to reserve all of them).
Though not the best place to browse in person, it has a lot of equipment on hand and I especially recommend checking out the open box shelves.
They have a good online presence, but note that the stock is not as accurate as the systems in store. This is especially true of the open box stock.
Parking is available nearby though it can be expensive.
