★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management, like most shoppers nowadays they have the cashiers out on the floor stocking the shelves and leave the customers to scan and bag their own products. This is poor customer service at best, and should be illegal during times of Covid. Customer should only have to tap their payment cards for zero contact transactions, rather than every single customer having to operate the touchscreens. Self check out is the biggest scam since bottled water, we should at least get a discount for using these things seeing as we are performing the duties of your employees! From now on I will go straight to the cashier and clear my throat loudly and force them to come and do their job, as I am not qualified to be a cashier, that’s why I don’t work as a cashier and have no desire to become a cashier!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should really have more cashier back up, they left a fairly slower cashier on cash all by herself while this other employee was busy talking to the delivery guy and when I asked for help. She said she’s busy and walked away… terrible service. Usually the tower hill shoppers isn’t this bad, don’t come to oakridges unless you want to go to Canada post. There’s rarely a wait here for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is uncomfortable for me to leave a bad review. But your pharmacy staff took an hour to do something they said would take 20 minutes. By the fourth 20 minute slot, they just kept looking at each other like nobody knew why it was taking so long. Thankfully I have a great pharmacist who works alone and is always effective when he tells me something. I hope I don’t have to come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The primary reason for visiting this store is the pharmacy, and I would like to thank Matt, the Pharmacist, as well as Bertina and Nick who are consistently very helpful, patient, and detail oriented, offering great patient care, either in-store or on the phone. Recently, Matt was very proactive in suggesting a solution regarding my health insurance, which was very helpful and much appreciated. Nick and Bertina have also assisted me with several matters while I've been a patient here, and I am happy to know I have such a patient-centred pharmacy team looking out for me!
The secondary reason for my visiting this store is the Beauty Boutique, where I find many of the luxury brands that I would otherwise order online. I trust Krystle with any questions I have. She has gotten to know my preferences and makes perfectly tailored suggestions with her expert product knowledge and passion for luxury and beauty. This is my first stop beauty shop because she is my expert of choice,!
I'm fortunate to have this pharmacy as my home-base for medical, beauty, and household needs.
