Rexall

Worst customer service I’ve seen by far at this Canada post. Employee blatantly lied and said that my package wasn’t there, even though the tracking said it did. The tracking number was checked again after 5 minutes of hard persuasion and argument on her end as it was close to closing time (10 to close). My package was there, she just didn’t want to check. Giving two stars because the actual store staff was amazingly nice and saw my frustration as I left

Never deal with post office at this Rexal. Myself and my wife had bad experience dealing with them. Post office staff are rude and seems they need someone to teach them how to deal with people fairly and politely.

Had the greatest interaction today with the pharmacist Dhaval! I was having difficulties getting my prescription transferred from my doctor, but Dhaval helped me get things sorted and even gave me a phone call afterwards to clarify some information. That and he was just a knowledgeable, cheerful guy to deal with the entire time. 10/10 will use this pharmacy again.

Like other reviewers here, I have not had good experiences at the Canada Post kiosk in this Rexall. I try really hard to be pleasant and friendly to the staff but they always seem miserable and grouchy. I know working a retail-type job and dealing with the public is not always the most pleasant of jobs, but it would be really nice if the staff could make a little more effort to at least have a minimum standard of politeness. I always feel a little bit belittled when I visit this location and have to ask questions, the pricing is usually higher to ship things than it was when I measured and weighed a package online (not sure why...), and I just generally feel like I'm a huge inconvenience to the post office employees even though they are being paid to be there. I've been snapped at a few times even though I am not a rude or aggressive person, and there is almost always a long line and super slow service. I have switched to printing all my shipping labels at home specifically so I can avoid this post office, and before that I used to make the drive out to the Cherryhill location because it was just such an unpleasant experience to be at this one. Canada Post should investigate if there is something that can be done to improve the working conditions for these employees to improve their moods or it should consider hiring employees with better customer service skills. I really don't like to pick on employees, but they should not be making customers so uncomfortable they have to go to a different store to mail packages. The Rexall itself is fine and the staff are very friendly.

What do I say have you ever walked into a Rexall and had phenomenal service.? It makes you wonder if there is a Rexall out there that can actually offer something other than just stuff to buy. There is always a line up at the Canada Post here and I sign the pharmacy at every Rexall to be the same and this one is no different where they just don't seem to care. I thought that a pharmacy was for people to get care! I will not be returning to this location as I can find what I need right next door at the superstore.

Iam very happy with Rexall. It is a very comfortable pharmacy. I find a very nice and helpful pharmacist in it. Her name is Zina. I did not deal with Rixel before, but Zina's treatment made me only deal with Rexall. I and my family will advise all my friends in the pharmacy, especially the new comers Thank you

Can't say enough about Dhaval and Naseem, the pharmacists at this location! They are not only experienced, knowledgeable and personable, but are always ready to help in any way they can. Kudos to the pharmacy team for bringing back great customer service to this location!

The post office at this location is the worst post office I've ever delt with. Always a long lineup. Workers are slow. I unfortunately have no choice in going here as Canada Post just sends my parcels here for signature despite not even trying to deliver first at home. I don't know how they can do such a horrible job here. Every other post office I go to is faster.
