★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom has been seeing Melanie for years and has nothing but the highest praise for her and her business. I live in BC, but come back every so often - my mom scheduled a facial for herself an a pedicure for me as a 'welcome home' treat and I finally got to see what she's been talking about. Vanessa, who performed the pedicure, was excellent. So knowledgeable, answered every question I had. The quality of the pedicure can't be beat, they really do so much. I recommend it to anyone who has some seriously dry, tired feet in need of some care.
My mom received a facial in the same room and the whole experience looked comfortable and Melanie explained the benefits of each product thoroughly.
When it comes to spa's you want to know that you're going to get an experience adequate to what you pay for - at Body Benefits that experience is well beyond the amount you pay. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get all my face care and cosmetic products from Body Benefits. All the staff are super knowledgeable on their products! Also I've only had facials and pedicures here but I've had facials elsewhere before I started going to Body Benefits and nothing compares to the facials I've gotten from Mel. She's super thorough, so knowledgeable, and has helped my skin look so, so much better! My friends even notice the difference after I've had a facial! Love this place! I've recommended it to many friends! They're really busy (which is a good thing) so need to book in advance but it's TOTALLY worth the wait!

I have had around 10 times facial treatments here, and been so pleased with the results I got. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to Body Benefits for laser hair removal and was so happy with the results that I went back for more. They also give one of the best facials in town! I've been a client for almost 5 years and I would recommend their services. Melanie is very professional and is always staying up to date on the newest advancements in her field. She is very welcoming and also accommodating to clients like me who come from out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not think of a better way, to treat yourself or a loved one, during this 2020 holiday season after a hard year- than to an experience at Body Benefits Day Spa London.
I have been a client of Mel's for a little over a year now, and it is hands down the best skin care decision I have ever made. Mel is professional, knowledgeable, personable- genuinely caring for her clients. I not only respect her as professional, but enjoy her as a person; I struggle with everything from hormonal breakouts, to a pesky combination Tzone, to dry skin and Mel has not only given me the tools and advise to navigate these issues, but has successfully helped my feel confident in my own skin. I can not praise enough. You will not regret your decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a amazing place. I have been in Body Benefits since 2018, and I did many different kind of treatments. I've done laser hair removal, which is awesome!! It really works, and I only did one course of treatment. Even though it's slightly more expensive than other places, but it worth. I've also done different kinds of facial treatment. And I need to say Melanie so professional and such a lovely person. She helps me a lot with my skin, and my skin is much better after her suggestions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Mel yesterday for the first time back since reopening. I was incredibly impressed with the protocols taken to keep me safe . They are doing top notch cleaning and I felt very comfortable being there for my treatment .
My facial , as usual , was top of the line. Mel uses only the best products and gives amazing recommendations to help my skin. I think my favorite part has always been the extractions, and my face was cleaned up and I was very happy with the results. On top of this my facial came with a complementary eye brow wax, which indefinitely needed after 5 month's of trying to do them myself .
I would definitely recommend the services at this spa !

Not only is she so kind, sweet and knowledgable about what she is doing, but she does a great job on my eyebrows as well, and solved my years of skin problems. I have spent thousands of dollars over many years on skin products that did not help at all and my skin would have allergic reactions to, and when I went to Melanie, she gave me new products to try and some easy dietary tips to follow. Within a few weeks, my skin is clearer than it ever has been. Not only that, it has a nice glow now to it that it never has. I can't even describe how amazing it is to have clear skin for the first time in so long. Thank you Melanie!
