★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked to read the reviews on this site. I have been working with Christine for a number of years and can say that she has provided the help and guidance I have needed to improve my health. It is unfortunate that a few people have negative comments against a business that makes great personal sacrifices everyday to do her work. Some people are to negative in their lives to truly smell the flowers and should concentrate on their own issues and healing without lashing out and being rude to people who do not deserve such wrath. I challenge other patients to step up and post their experiences in defence of such a wonderful person as Christine. God bless and try to forgive such lost people for they are truly sick and need our prayers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m honestly shocked to see some of these reviews. Christine is a kind professional who genuinely cares about your experience, needs, and concerns. She is one of the best estheticians in London that I have met, she’s informative, knowledgeable, down to earth, and extremely good at hydrafacials. Heaven scent is becoming one of my favourite places to shop at! Not only do I get a warm welcome every time but they have a wide variety of products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was young when this all went down so it was hard to articulate and respond, but I knew what happened to me here was wrong, I'd like to revisit from a more mature perspective. I volunteered here over the holidays, which in itself was an odd experience, they treat their customers very poorly and do not take criticism well. They also had me clean their cat litter, and asked me if I was disabled when I made mistakes, I was naive so I didn't see the red flags. The icing on the whole experience is that I was looking for a gift for my great grandmother, who we (family) suspected was going to be our last Christmas with her. Which was right. The first gift I bought was a glass window ornament, then shortly after I noticed these beautiful wind chimes that would be within my price range (the last money I had) if I returned the original purchase, which hadn't even left the shop yet, they refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a return customer to Christine. She is very friendly and kind. She offers a wide range of services and products available, everyone could find something they need there. I love that Christine and the team are so organized, professional and competent. My experience during my service has been totally positive. I have my ears candled there every few months and it has changed my life. I always feel great leaving. I could not recommend Heaven Scent enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I stepped into this store I felt a welcomed feeling. I had looked them up online and was interested in doing allergy testing. Christine booked me in right away. On the day of my appointment Christine was great, she was welcoming, accommodating, and professional. The bio-feedback machine is truly amazing, it will tell you things about your body that begin to put the pieces together of long time issues or disturbances.
Christine took the time to carefully explain everything to me often letting me read the results for myself right off the screen. She then went over my allergies and the things that I can follow now to get started and then laid out some options for the future moving forward. She suggested a probiotic, a supplement and 2 vitamins, but never put pressure on me to make any purchase.
She is very passionate about helping people, I would highly recommend her and her practice. Thank you so much Christine & I look forward to working with you and getting my body up to its optimal health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a couple of weeks with lower back pain and sciatica issues. Massage, chiro and therapeutic touch helped a bit. But once I got in to see Christine at Heaven Scent and she did an Accupunture treatment on me, I finally started feeling soooo much better. Thinking one more treatment will do the trick and I will be right as rain. Thanks Christine for all your wisdom and much neeed help. Highly recommend her for all your health needs. <3
