★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in I have to because this location very rarely has the product that I want so I'm not going to driving across the city and find out it's not there because 9 times out of 10 It Isn't So when I called there today and my phone says 4:58 the phone was answered on their end and then immediately hung up I called back and then I got the recording clearly they close right at 5 but how rude is that and the recording says be kind to your fellow Canadians what a joke when their own employees hang up the phone because they don't want to talk. I give this store a one star they have not given customer service Excellence for the last two or three years now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great store for all things natural health related. They also have great produce & grocery items. Local vegan & vegetarian, oh & some meat products also local & organic. Can't forget they make a nice daily variety of foods from their own kichen, menu available ahead so you place orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by Quarter Master with a couple questions about gut health, and couldn't be happier I did. Tim was very knowledgeable and didn't mind taking his time to explain products to me. They provided multiple price options to suit your need. The girls up front couldn't be nicer and also have great knowledge of products! Definitely will be back!

I loved going into the store and miss that now but in no way has that impacted the quality of the products or the excellent service provided by the team. I applaud the Quarter Master Team for their dedication and service in providing quality products to help in the maintenance of the health and wellness of consumers like myself. The team is always ready to come up with an alternative or to ensure that the order is filled soon as the product is available.
