T	Thraya Zabian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy with the long hair at the post office is so rude !! Should not be working in CS. I went there today with my notice slip saying I called in to make sure my package was there and he told me there was no way I could have done that cause it’s not. After he spoke to the girl I spoke to .. his tone totally changed and he became apologetic. Just because you have experiences with some cx doesn’t mean we’re all the same?

Otherwise it's a good store featuring a post office, pharmacy, electronics department (where prices are rather high), and some food, drinks, and snacks. Often times however, you might find that food items, especially PC brand will be out of stock.

R	Red Penthex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cosmetics staff were very kind; there was a lady called Aisha, pardon my spelling I lost the receipt with her name TT, and she helped me with getting the chemical sunscreen from La Roche-Posay that I thought was out of stock. I had visited several other locations with no luck, so I was very happy to be able to finally purchase this product!
G	Greg P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is directed to the pharmacy, we had a prescription sent over by our family doctor, we went over at 5:30 and was told it was not ready, well that's ok and we asked when we could come back and we were guaranteed 6:10, we were back at 6:20 and we were told by one of girls I can't speak about what you were told as the person you spoke to is gone and we would need to wait another 30 minutes. We mentioned again what we were told but that went on deafs ears and the I guess it was the pharmacist said he would have ready in 10 minutes. Well let's see how this gets handled now, pretty sad when you would think customer service should be a priority.

N	Najia Shoukat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean store with friendly staff. Usually not crowded at all. This shoppers does have fresh produce section which isn’t available at some shoppers. There’s also Canada Post and the pharmacy. Lots of parking available in front of this shoppers and several other shops such as Starbucks, Tahini’s, no frills etc are near it.

I use the pharmacy, post office, and regular shopping, and have never had any major issues. There is an Indian lady at the cash who is particular friendly and helpful. The pharmacy has also proactively suggested some generic alternatives or branded drug cards to save $. Wait times at the post office can be long during peak hours, and certain products we want are stocked out or not available at this location, but that’s kind of expected with covid.
