The test I needed was out of stock but Ahmed called and got another branch to bring more stock so that I could have the test (I needed it for travel). He was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had the test in time for my travels. Thank you so much Ahmed!!!

J	Jenni V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year, they gave me the wrong medication. I let it go. Now, when you get an alert that your meds are ready, they actually aren’t. I’ve gone in and they now make you wait 40 minutes to an hour to get your prescriptions. It used to be 15-20 minutes and you got a pager to let you know when it was ready. Not anymore. They’ve got 4-5 people working there. I stood there, making eye contact with three of them, but they just walked on by. No one wants to serve you, or work to get your prescriptions in a timely matter. Poor customer service and really bad time management. I’ll be going somewhere else to get my meds. May I suggest you do the same.

They have people waiting for their test lined up in the same area as people waiting for medication or a booster shot. They give rapid tests in the same poorly ventilated room they give vaccines in. When people are waiting for their rapid test results, they are allowed to loiter the store instead of waiting outside, even if they are obviously very symptomatic. Considering the high transmissibility of Omicron, the current 20% test positivity rate, and the fact that people picking up medication are disproportionately old or otherwise more at risk of Covid, these are not reasonable risks. If they are unable to separate people indoors, they should give tests in the parking lot. If this is impossible, they should stop giving tests altogether and free up testing capacity for more responsible providers.

An employee stood at the end of the of the card section staring at me, while the manager was at Tim Hortons. When she came back I heard said (manager) say “we can just check the cameras” Ive worked in lost prevention for five years, with four years of private security. USING a young employee as a deterrent shows you don’t have any idea of how to handle loss prevention. Please educate yourself and your staff as soon as possible. Someone wearing $500 running shoes can afford $14 in birthday cards. I look forward to the apologies from both staff members.

When you ask them to put a phone number on your file or something for a delivery they won’t do it. Their tone is even rude and when you go into the store to talk to them they just as rude and give you dirty looks. The Nicest Person in there is the caucasian lady that does the covid vaccines.
