★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't even get to see what they carried as I was greeted by a giant sign on the door saying they only serve "licensed professionals", after going quite far out of my way to get there. I did look this place up online before hand but I did not see that mentioned anywhere. So beware. if you're just a beauty enthusiast and not a professional, don't even bother wasting your time. They clearly don't want your money or business! Most beauty supply stores I know of only require a license for manufacturer's discounts and the like, not simply to be there and burden them with our money.

The uncompassionate woman said " Yes we will take you off the list!" Not a sorry for your loss, nothing!! She works in customer service? I was blown away! Annette your staff is rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but problems since I purchased a pair of clippers from Central Beauty Supply. They refuse to exchange the clippers or give me a replacement pair while they are shipped to Wahl getting fixed. Which they were also reluctant to do, they just suggested that I glue the broken piece back on myself! Which defeats the purpose of the piece being able to open to clean! They did not want to help me, after I've been in there purchasing things for my new salon for the past 3 months. I am extremely disappointed with the customer 'service', I will not be a returning customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I needed was help with a colour, and the woman didn't give me the time of day. She was rude and impatient. I understand it's a stressful time, however if you can't maintain your professionalism, find someone else who can. Not to mention my Mom who has shopped there for years and also got a snarky attitude.
