★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there as I was taking a a patient there every day to have bandages changed by them.But waiting outside can be abit cold as you are not allow to run your vehicle while you're sitting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to work for!!! management lacks compassion and empathy. the CAS people are so rude when you call them which makes you scared to call them. They dont care about the clients at all. they rather support workers not doing their job than believe the clients seen this first hand where staff no show for bookings and the office pretty much say oh well sucks to be you. would neve recommend working here or having VON care for ones loved one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. In home care is the worst services I have ever seen. Disrespectful and laughs on phone when talking about serious issues. Would never recommend but unfortunately one of the only services people can rely on (note: that was not a positive remark)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team of nurses and staff at the V.O.N. Clinic (Florence St. location) were an exceptionally friendly and professional group of people. Everyone I spoke to, by phone or in person were very accommodating. The way they explained the processes and procedures during my visits and what I would need to do at home made me feel more comfortable, greatly putting my mind at ease. If I had any further questions or concerns outside of my weekly appointments they told me to not hesitate to call them up, and on several occasions when I felt the need to do so they had me come right away to the clinic to assess and make sure I was okay. I am extremely grateful and thankful to everyone there who made my experience as least stressful as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place to work, the CSA are the rude people you ever can imagine, and the managers wont even do reference letter when you request to them, They dont even answer your call or even give you a call back ,shady, worst place.

Had to learn how to deal with changing dressing and looking after a drain on the fly. Once I return to work we are at a loss on how this care will take place. Very disappointed in the health care system.
