I took over a business that was using them, after finding out we were paying over 3.5 times more than the competitor, I called to cancel. I was treated very poorly by Mark. He did nothing but trash talk all the competition and asking me many questions that were not his concern. He informed me they will charge me full price for the next 14 months of our contract even though they won't be providing any service to us. Shameful, I can't imagine treating any customer that way.

The service staff was great and made sure I fully understood how to operate the system directly from my phone. I signed up for three years and have a more friendly monthly rate as a result. Knowing they are a local company with over 60 years in security made it seem like the right choice for me especially after I met them. I'd definitely refer them to anyone.

Within minutes of my initial conversations with the owner (Doug), sales rep (Mark) and technical team (Troy, Tyler), it was clear that they each understood my need to feel 100% safe and secure in my home. And they made it happen in such a short turnaround time. Their team was professional and patient, walking me through all steps from billing to installation. What struck me most about their team was their professionalism and kindness - they worked together seamlessly and efficiently, so much so that I have recommended them to friends and hired them again myself shortly thereafter when I moved and needed a new security system. What I feared was going to be a stressful experience turned out to be extremely smooth and supportive. Without a doubt - going with Henderson Security is money and time well spent.

I've mostly dealt with Troy to facilitate the installation with his tech support team. Recently, I had the modem upgraded and as a result my security system needed further attention. I contacted Henderson's office and arranged for their service technician to attend my residence. Brian arranged a visit by Nugzar the next day. I know they are very busy and appreciate their prompt service. As in the past I have recommended Henderson Security to friends and family. Thank you!
