★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from Helping Hands! They are a group based in Mississauga that go around trying to scam people under the names of various charities such as Plan Canada. Do not open the door for them as they will try to sell you a monthly charity donation, yet most of the money goes to their pockets!
Just to clarify this review is for a fake company that goes by the same name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I apologize because this is not a review for this specific and legit healthcare company but there is a scam company posting jobs on Indeed and they are also called HELPING HANDS. It's a shame that they cover under existing companies like this one to recruit people, just because they want to hire naive individuals to sell in Toronto, out of the office in very difficult working hours. If you came here because you are doing a research about "Helping hands" because you saw an AD on Indeed or any other job portal please be aware because there is a legit company and there is a fake one scamming people around. This is a picture of how their job posting looks like, please be aware! and once again i apologize because This health care is legit but I wanted to expose the fake one for those who will be in my situation as well. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay far away from this company. Extremely low pay with constant stress from management. Very high turnover rate, please save yourself the trouble. Especially the supervisor Trista very unprofessional, like a tyrant.

I tried to apply for this agency and talked to many different coordinators and a supervisor named Trista to get a job but has given nothing but attitude every time I called. I also talked to a coordinator named Simran and she just kept putting me on hold. I can hear people yelling in the background when I'm on the phone with them and they are not giving me the time of day. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I regret wasting my time and energy at this agency but it really taught me what not to look for in a job. Please consider this review before applying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked at Helping hands Healthcare for not even that long and it was able to boost me enough to get me where I am today. The work environment is absolutely amazing. The supervisor, Trista, is somebody you can always go to with ease and she'll help you out! Simran and the rest of the team is very helpful and respectful! So far in 2022, this company is the best i've worked with/seen. Everybody is so kind and always willing to give you a hand when needed! It's a very healthy environment, one that you'd actually WANT to work in. I worked here for a couple months while in school and it's given me enough knowledge that has helped me become more familiar with working in a medical/office environment! If you're looking for a friendly work place that you can learn from, I really recommend Helping Hands Healthcare.
