My grandfather was at vitalaire a few weeks ago and was set up with a loaner machine. The staff here were very friendly and so knowledgeable! They made me and my grandfather feel at ease throughout the entire process and were happy to answer any questions we had.

It is a worst experience with Vitalaire Healthcare, I will personally never recommend this company to go and buy any CPAP machine. I was told that last year to buy the machine and the Govt. will pay the rest. I paid my part and this year I received the notice to pay the rest of the cost as they failed to get the signatures from the doctor for approval. They never told me I will be responsible for any thing and they just pushed the sale of the machine. Today I went to the local office at Humber Blvd opposite Humber hospital and they said that you were not compliant so we cannot do anything. What do you mean my compliant? And you were supposed to tell me the terms and conditions before you get it signed. This is just good faith ripped by these people. I am completely disappointed by this company. Please don’t use this company and don’t buy anything from them.

In my opinion I don't think their personnel are well trained in terms of product knowledge. One has to keep fishing for information though we rely on their expertise. Their reactions and response is based upon our facial expressions and comments during a trial run. They have to learn to put their feet in their customers shoes!

Excellent service and customer care approach. My CPAP was due for replacement based on Physician's prescription. I received professional support and guidance from Ms. Munira Hussaini who was so welcoming and kind. Very patient and available. She took time to carefully explain to me all the functionalities of the new device and its usage. Would recommend with an A+. Thank you so much!.

Waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor, just pick up your machine, don't pay the $150 for the training and to have 3 x reports sent to your Dr. Pay for one report and be done with it. The training portion is non-existent. I'm so tired of looking for videos on YouTube to learn how to get past all the issues; the noise the machine makes, the whistling from the mask, the hose filling with the water, the mask filling with water. What's the benefit of using a CPAP? What's the outcome if you don't use it? Everyone I know with CPAP got to see and try on a variety of masks so they would know if they're a nose breather or a mouth breather and to see what works best for them. Now they blame COVID for not helping people. Be prepared to spend a few days on Amazon buying masks and wasting money until you find the kind and size you need. I called once to ask about the noise the machine was making. VitalAire had no clue what I was talking about, fortunately I was able to find the information in an online forum. I thought I was paying the $150 so I wouldn't have to figure it all out on my own, but it was just a scam. The only thing I asked for when I was there was filters for the machine, and I didn't even get those. So now I have to try to find them on Amazon.

Vital Aire Mississauga is a bad place to get your breathing equipment. They gave you defective equipment. Be very careful when you have to deal with the manager there - she is a very bad person to deal with. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I like the variety of options they have here for you. Everybody is nice here and this is why I'm giving it 2 stars... The issue is with this customer experience rep Elsa. She doesn't bother to help, give info on products or suggest anything. She barely talks to you and wants to shorten the conversation by being cold and non-responsive It feels that she really doesn't like being around customers and she's the only one that is always available to see you, everybody else's schedule is always full. I had to schedule for mid April in January to get someone else. VitalAire really need to retrain Elsa on her attitude toward customers and customer service. The other item that might be important to you is direct billing, they don't have it here. Overall, if you know what you are going to buy and just want to check out masks this place is great. Update: Their manager called me and offered a discount and a much sooner appointment which I took her offer, however I didn't end up going in due to an emergency but this goes to show you that she did care about her customer's experience. Again, if you're going here, my experience with Elsa over the past 3 years and 5 different visits have been consistently bad. To end on a positive note, everybody is nice here and they have alot of masks here, they also are up to date with new stuff. You'll get what you need here!

Called to book an appointment to arrange to go in to see what may be new in cpap masks as I was in the market for a replacement. I asked about any current sales and was told there was none. I proceeded to indicate that I would still like to go in but would also look to see if there were any sales elsewhere. I was then told that if I didn't purchase anything from them then I would be charged at $55.00 consulting fee. I immediately called the CPAP Clinic and asked whether they charge consulting fees if someone doesn't purchase and they said no. They laughed when I told them VitalAire does. I booked an appointment with them this morning and immediately cancelled my appointment with VitalAir.
