★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been 6 days of following up but it has been a pain so far to get in touch with the agents. The gatekeepers always say that the specialists will get back but they nobody returns the calls. Agents don't reply over emails and hardly over SMS. Communicating is a challenge. Apparently they have access to good projects as they claim but its a waste if they don't give good client service.
P.S. My earlier review got posted, received a response but eventually got removed! Poor reliability

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience with brokerage. Agent was nise very Friendly and wanted to help. Unfortunately deal didn't go through. But the worst experience of brokerage started after. Deal was not firm so ideally they are supposed to give my deposit right next day but they returned deposit after 14 days. I won't suggest anyone to chose savemax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agent from savmax had come to my House his name was abhishek grover.
Did not wear a mask nor his client wore mask..
He was supposed to come with only two people due to Covaid
First two people entered then after few minutes other two people entered and went straight in the house
When we spoke to him. He left the house with his client in the house
Plz nevey use these guys.
People need to call the broker of record and complain.I have done left a message for him.so far did not get a call or apology.
And i hope they do not deete my message.

From our initial conversation with him, we have concluded that he is very polite and professional who demonstrate his competency throughout the sales process from staging to "SOLD".
Not only did Gurmeet guide us throughout the process, but he also tackle his work with pride and dignity. He ensures that signs are posted in conspicuous locations in the house for wearing mask and also provide masks and sanitizers for those coming in to view the house.
He listed our house on Friday and was sold on the same day for the price that we had asked him to deliver.
I would highly recommend Gurmeet to other clients, taking into consideration his quality of work, professionalism, responsiveness and his character.

The results achieved by Save Max was exceptionally outstanding and the sale of my house was completed in an excellent professional manner and sale figure achieved above asking price was well in position.
Frankly and when I recently came to sell my condo in Mississauga, I had no hesitation to contact Save Max to handle the sale again. The sale was done at an exceptional speed and at a higher figure than asking price. The first offer came in with in a few hours from the time the listing was published.
