Kyrsten and the Jeff Ham - The Fresh Approach team managed to sell my investment property in FOUR days at close to asking price! Very shortly after we had the discussion of moving, we received a marketing call from Jeff Ham Team- The Fresh Approach wanting to know if we wanted to sell our house. We were cautious at first, and then met with our agent Christy D’Oliveira. She confidently walked us through the local real estate market, described the phenomenal services they offered and supported us with clear communication during every step of the process. Christy was key in advising us in the final moments during negotiation and using her deft sales skills, she sold our house for the price we wanted. The services they offer are above and beyond with photography and marketing. Perhaps equally or more importantly, when unforeseen financial issues occurred during closing/final sales, they provided exceptional support. They had suggested a law firm for closing that really helped sort out the situation. We can say with every confidence that all the professionals at Jeff Ham Team- The Fresh Approach go above and beyond to make your real estate needs feel important, and we would highly recommend them.

He was very timely, on top of things, organized and efficient, just made the whole experience enjoyable and exciting. He has sold my parents home and many of their friends as well. I know many of my friends will choose to use his team when it comes time to sell their homes in the future. Can’t say enough good things about Jeff and our experience with him!
