★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our realtor had maintained contact with us for a couple of years before we decided to move house, and when we were ready she was quickly available and commenced the listing process.
Every member of the Hanlon team was very professional and efficient.
Our realtor coordinated inspections / contractors /stagers etc. very promptly and was always instantly available to assist and answer questions.
The result was that we accepted an offer for our property exactly two weeks after meeting with our realtor. Her marketing strategy for our sale was exemplary and we received a very satisfactory offer.
I would strongly recommend The Hanlon Real Estate Team to anyone considering buying/selling property.
