★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam has helped us close 6 deals in approximately 2 years (residential, commercial and a rental). Each time she has been the most professional, meticulous, approachable and knowledgeable real estate agent we could have asked for.
It is also great fun to work with Sam - both in stressful situations and when it comes time to celebrate - all due to her down to earth personality, sense of humour, knowledge in the market and negotiations. We have not once been let down and I am sure this is because of her confident, prepared approach to each potential deal.

Then everything, staging, photos/videos and going live was arranged promptly. Our house sold at a great price within 3 days, despite the Covid-19 crisis. Sam and her team are the best!
