★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very easy to find, they have a really big overhanging sign. Made it simple for a first timer to know its exact position.
Its small and quaint, quite possibly a local owners shop. The selection is good with wide variety, and nice designs. The prices are high so if you are looking to spend over 200$ for one pair it is the place to go. The staff is welcoming and sweet.
I didnt buy anything but i really appreciated how pretty and nice and wsrm and cozy the shoes and the shop itself was.

It’s so awesome to have places like this in a smaller city. Not to mention they also have exceptional customer service!

They feature an amazing variety of shoe styles and designers from all over the world, which makes it difficult to leave the store with only one pair! I also highly recommend looking out for their pop-up shops, where they feature Canadian designers. Go check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of Tretorn shoes for the summer. I order them online from the Toronto store. They ended up being one size too big. But not a problem. I called Heel Boy in Kingston, Sarah was and always is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and helpful.
As are all her staff.
I enjoy shopping at Heel Boy. I always know I will not only receive the best customer service when shopping for shoes. But I will always be satisfied with every pair of shoes I purchase from Heel Boy!. The best shoe store in Kingston. Hands down. Thank you, Sarah! You never disappoint.
