Welcome to Happy Family Medical and walk-in clinic, we believe in serving a true sense of family practice. Happy Family Medical and walk-in clinic was established by Dr. Chaitasi Intwala in October,2020 in south Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg and expanding services in North / east of Winnipeg for high patients demand with the concept of providing services in multi languages - English, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Urdu and Arabic.
Our clinic is dedicated and unique in terms of providing most comprehensive Primary care, preventative care, prenatal care, newborn and Pediatrics care, mental health, and chronic disease management. We serve all ages from newborn to elderly with wide variety of health care demand.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr.Intwala is the worst most rude Dr I've ever encountered in my life. I've heard nothing but bad things about her from ppl I know that have gone to her. She is extremely rough when giving a physical and she turns patients away with mental health issues. Also unless you are of the same ethnicity as her she will treat less than human and send you on your way!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been visiting Dr. Intwala at her second location. Itโs tough to get a spot on the Pembina also bit far for me. Both times I met her she spend about 30 min questioning me in detail and very courteous. I was on various pain medications needing refills weekly. She put me on a program diet exercise and lab test. Totally thorough I even asked her if she had worked in ER she said yes ! I would never look for another family doctorโฆ.

I have been very worried about my health for a long time and Dr Intwalla and Dr Heba have reassured me and are going above and beyond to help me. The staff at the front are total gems. I have recommended this office to other people already.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Chaitashi Intwala is our family physician as well as she provided prenatal care for me and also provides newborn care for my baby. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. She was also present at midnight when I delivered baby at Hospital even though it was Friday night and it's unusual here for doctors. Even apart from my regular appointments many times Dr Intwala helped me over the phone for any of my issues during my pregnancy as well as for new born baby. Front desk reception staff is also very helpful and professional. I always get a call a day before my scheduled appointment from reception to remind me of my next day appointment so by no chance we forget it. This clinic is also open on each Saturday and accepts new patients as well as walk-in patients which is quite unusual here. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Intwala.

โ โ โ โ โ Very Unprofessional Behavior from Dr Intwala.
Wasted 2 hrs and she had some personal issues, not letting us see her assistant to see.
Edit: very childish behaviour once again. First they call to appologize, then they block my wife's number and removed all her future appointments. Trying to force her to remove her review and transfer to another clinic.
They clearly don't know how to handle a clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Writing this review on Motherโs Day, as Dr Intwala has been such an important part of my motherhood journey. She will always be the most special doctor for us as she delivered our baby. She is amazing and such a knowledgeable doctor. She was also our family doctor and doctor for our baby. She took very good care throughout my pregnancy and also postpartum. She proactively cares for her patients, like when I had high BP in pregnancy she put me on antenatal program where nurses came and checked me at home. I had a wonderful experience with her and Iโm glad I chose her.
