โ โ โ โ โ Fast, professional, personable, and convenient! I had this pharmacy for over 8 years now and have always experienced exceptional service. My favourite part of their service is that they will deliver my medications to my door, which is a life saver with my busy and unpredictable work schedule. Additionally, if I stop by to fill a prescription, they will usually have it ready immediately if they have the medication in stock. They are very knowledgable and will answer any questions or concerns I have. Very happy to see they have a new, bigger location so close to their old location.

The first time I went here I was blown away by how efficiently they fill prescriptions. It seems to take no time at all, yet they take the time to go over anything and everything with you. It never feels rushed.
Excellent customer service as well, always.
I thought about possibly making a change because I have a Optimum card and a Co-op membership, but there's not enough points or equity in the world for me to go anywhere but Greencrest Pharmacy. Cheers!

โ โ โ โ โ So I was at the pharmacy to get my prescription. I initially insisted I don't want a certain generic form as it was pulled from the US. due to it not being equivalent to the brand. And because I have had bad experience with it. He used aggressive sales tactics and ignored the fact that it is banned by the FDA. He told me it is the only one available in the market now. I called Shoppers and they have more than two months supply of it.
I took the prescription and tried it and I was correct about it. It releases all the content at once instead of slowly releasing them. It ended up making me feel depressed for the remaining of the day.
All of this happened because I was on the night pills that made me unable to think and see how persuasive he is. But I have never had such encounter in any pharmacy before!

The staff are extremely helpful - answering questions, giving advice, contacting my MD regarding any concerns and obtaining renewals if necessary. I also appreciate the free delivery service, which is always offered. The staff are very knowledgeable and always give instructions whenever I am given a new RX. They are kind and generous, whether it be a coupon for a discount or some lovely chocolates at Christmas. I highly recommend Greencrest Pharmacy!
