โ โ โ โ โ The employees are incredibly slow at taking orders, they repeat everything back to you painfully slowly. I got the milk tea smoothie and it was so chunky and horrible. I could have made a better one at home, I don't think their blender can blend ice properly. Just disappointing service and a waste of money. I only go there when khab is too busy or closed but never again.

โ โ โ โ โ One of my favorite bubble tea places in the city! I've collected so many points over a certain amount of time, it's ridiculous how much I go here!
If you're looking for great smoothie or slush bubble tea this isn't the place, go to Panda Tea for that.
Chatime has better flavorful fusion teas, original teas and milk teas than their smoothies styles teas.
You get to choose your sugar and ice level for most drinks, keep in mind their default level could be too sweet for most.

โ โ โ โ โ They are usually amazing but this new cashier they hired will run them out of bussiness. No manners how to talk. And complete messed up my order and never have i ever had this had service. Im a regular customer i go there atleast 3-4 times a week and im very much disappointed

โ โ โ โ โ Refreshing and yummy milk tea in the city. You can choose how much sugar, ice content and add-ons you want to put in your milk tea. Very patient and helpful staff. They take orders quick and serve your milk tea in an instant. Clean store. Will definitely recommend. ???

Update, went for second time. Staff were very friendly and very fast service. I am changing rating to 5.

โ โ โ โ โ When I came in to pick up my order from Hungry Panda, several people lined up in the store. I stood at the pick-up table wait for my order about ten minutes, but no one answered me. I tried to call the staff, and one of the female staff is so rude. She just yelled at me and told me to wait. I understand that you're busy when there are some customers in the store, but that's no excuse for your rude attitude. This is so unacceptable they should definitely get retrained. Seems I'm not the first reviewer about the attitude of the staff. Never going back. Horrible experience.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best boba places to go to in Pembina! Always such nice coworkers, and great seats with outlets at each seat! Thereโs free wifi, and it is pretty fast! The boba is top tier, their honey dew slush is the best out of all other boba places! Highly recommend!
