I purchased tea twice within last month and each time these girls manage to screw it up. I am not sure if they donโt understand English, but each time they add a lot of sugar when I explicitly ask not to. Same applies to the ice. The tea cap is not labeled anymore for your confirmation and the purchase receipt is not given.

โ โ โ โ โ I had accidentally ordered a milk tea from the Panda Cake location, which is not where I meant to order. So I called to have the order canceled or transferred to the McPhillips location and the person on the phone was very clear and kindly called the other store for me. Amazing costumer service, I felt very taken care of. The milk tea was great too!

โ โ โ โ โ Used to be panda tea but now panda crepe but I assume the employees changed aswell since Ive been going to the actual Panda Tea Store a street away and buying bubble tea there. Decided to buy at panda crepe today and I assume the store has the same employees but this is my second time going there and I've been saying no ice or no sugar and they just still add it no matter what like they don't even pay attention, and they don't put a sticker on the cup like in panda tea or give me the cheque so I don't know if they charged me for the sugar or ice. Everything is good it's just that it's like the employees don't even understand English.

โ โ โ โ โ We had the Banana Cheesecake Crepe and the Apple Caramel de France Crepe today. They were so fresh and tasty and the sizes were perfect. The service was so friendly. Definitely will visit again next time. You should try it!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Great variety of food in the crepes category of course. So satisfying. Whether you love it or hate it They have bubble tea(I'm a hater lol) I recommend adding a slush to the meal. Rich and desserty.
The atmosphere and music are amazing! Kpop fans rush in! The place is a bit small but I haven't seen too many people here at once which works in your favour. Even if you can't get a table. You can actually eat it on the go. They make it into this sweet ice cream drums sticks. Try it and love it!
