β β β β β I just received my second Covid 19 vaccine at this clinic and it was very smooth from start to finish. The staff are extremely busy and clearly working long hours during this pandemic but they were friendly, polite and inviting when I arrived. It did not go unnoticed. Thanks very much, hopefully we can all put our feet up soon!

β β β β β I went to Medigroup yesterday for my covid shot and having nothing but great things to say! The clinic is very nice and modern, and the staff were all so kind. My doctor was very comforting when I told her my fear of needles and took the time to fully explain the vaccine and the possible reactions I might experience. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!

β β β β β Was told by Jennifer the receptionist for the last two months, that my client was transferred to Terry Szajkowski, yet when my client's pharmacy requested her prescription renewal, it was ignored. Called the office today, a day after verifying that Terry was her doctor, only to find that my client has been rejected by Dr. Terry and he refuses to renew the prescriptions. Now have to find my client a new doctor. No apologies. Totally unprofessional.

β β β β β Keep changing my appointment without informing me. I arrived on time for my appointment today, and they informed me that it had been rescheduled for May ( after 6 months). Nobody informed me that my appointment had been cancelled I showed up for nothing today. The worst clinic I've ever been to. NO communication with the clients.

β β β β β Not friendly to children
I went there with my 2 years old daughter to get the flu shot. My daughter needed the diaper table to change diaper, so I asked the nurse there. She was very cold and told me there was no changing table there that I needed to take my daughter to our vehicle to change the diaper.
I just thought they should have these basic facility as a community medical center. One diaper table is just a board on the wall of the bathroom. It wouldnβt cost so much money, but it will let parents with children so much easier instead of taking their children to the car outside to change diaper under -30 degree.

β β β β β I do not recommend Dr.Terry Szajkowski, very unprofessional, 0 sense of urgency to help you, will not suggest any help you need , will only help with what you ask for . I waited 11 days for a phone call because he took some time off, without giving me warning . To then call me at 9:15 in the morning with 0 warning or heads up , I then call back by Noon, and I find out he has COVID , so heβs now off for another 10 days . I had COVID as well and I could still make phone calls! Then I find out the clinic doesnβt have a walk in doctor until Wednesday , and they close 2 days of the week as well. I do not recommend this clinic , the front desk ladies are rude and sassy and struggle to make eye contact when in person. Very self centred people ! Iam in Pain doctor !!!!

β β β β β I saw Dr Naiyeju for a walk in appointment and he was so kind, listened to everything I had to tell him and performed a thorough examination with me. He is quite funny and very knowledgeable. He put my mind at ease about some anxiety I was having about why I came in. 10/10 recommend him. I wish he was taking on new patients because I would love for him to be my family doctor.

β β β β β I called this clinic several times for asking Covid-19 vaccines for kids. My English is not so good to understand when they are available so I need to double confirm some information. Unfortunately, the staff was not happy to repeat those information that she said that. She was just want to deliver simple information to me but she should understand that if I receive that or not. Thanks, please be patient for your client or potential client.
