★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this clinic thinking I finally found a doctor that actually cares about my health, could never find a doctor that takes me seriously just because im a teenager. I went to Dr.Okoro because of my kidney problems, she always made me do bloodwork’s every week and kept saying they were okay, i asked for a specialist never got one. Called all the time never answered my phone, got sick almost went to the emergency never answered my phone. Especially right now i went to the reception asking why they wont answer my phone that woman laughed at me rolled her eyes at me, asked if I could talk to the manager she told me they do not have one i went to the other receptionist they told me where the manager is. I had a talk with a manager, she was extremely rude as well. Just because i am an refugee doesnt mean you should treat me differently. Very unhappy with this clinic. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently in the process of switching to the clinic to see Dr. Okoro, which has been made very difficult by the fact that the phone is never answered. I cannot find another way to contact the receptionist. My current clinic will only transfer my file if Dr. Okoro's receptionist phones them to make the a request. I need my file transferred ahead of my first visit. I would like someone to contact me please. Is there an email address that I can message?
