D	Destiny Funk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an AWFUL blood clinic experience. I went today and explained how my doctor recommended it to be drawn from my hand due to collapsed arm veins and the tech not only argued with me about that but also belittled me. She told me there was a chance of collapsing veins in my hand if we do it that way so I said ‘ok then let me talk to my doctor and I’ll come back another day’. She then said in the most disgusted tone ‘why would you talk to your doctor?’ Whilst rolling her eyes at me. I proceeded to explain and while doing so she interrupted me to tell me how ‘There’s only a chance. I can’t say for sure, no one can say’ to which I responded ‘ok & I don’t want to take that chance so let me talk to my doctor about options first’. This woman continued to belittle me and when I said ‘just give me my health card back. I’m leaving’ they refused and I had to repeat myself three times before receiving it. To which the lady told the front desk clerk ‘give it back. She doesn’t want it’ in a mocking tone while making a fussy gesture. When I was walking away, I could audibly hear them cackling at me. So disgusting. I wish I got this woman’s name because I will be reporting this incident to the WRHA.

I did not need an appointment, just walked in. The staff was kind. I had everything done in some minutes. I will take this x-ray place as my first option next time.

I ask him to check the spelling of my mom's name as he wrote it wrong on the official receipt and he just told me it doesn't matter as it was just the receipt and we dont need that... Dude thats for immigration purposes and just a single error everything would be rejected or denied...dude if ur having a bad day then dont come to work. Dont be like that to people. Its my first time in this place .. and would definitely my last. May god bless this guy with more patience and kindness.
T	T M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate it at zero stars but the rating system won't allow it. This place doesn't accommodate x-rays while sitting in a wheelchair. So if anyone can't stand for upwards of 5 minutes don't go here. I dropped in prior to bringing my elderly Dad here and they didn't mention they couldn't accommodate his medical situation or ask the pertinent questions. Absolutely ridiculous.
C	C Hk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy in the front desk is rude. I asked for a mask as mine just dropped. He treated me like I was coming in just for a free mask. And tell the receptionist don’t do anything and said “ see if she will get a mask first!” His attitude made me look cheap for a mask.
J	James Pinilo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone here is very kind, helpful, and get peoples xrays and ekgs done efficiently, providing a difficult service in this day and age of the pandemic. A shout out to all those that have worked on the front lines. Some of these reviews are old, outdated, and simply couldn't have taken place here as it's an xray clinic, not a blood lab. Keep up the good work.

I was told that I could come in, no problem, see a walk in doctor to get a requisition. When I went in and spoke to one of the receptionists, I was told very rudely to "go to the walk-in on Dakota". Calmly I told her that I had called and was told to come in. She continued her incredibly rude tone and said they only did appointments. I will never step foot in that clinic again.
