★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a home and sold a home through Elizabeth Schwendemann and am extremely happy with the experience. Elizabeth spent the amount of time needed to get things done correctly and was very professional, knowledgeable, connected and helpful through what was a complex and unusual situation. She was able to organize the whole process of preparing one house for sale and also finding a perfect new home to move into, making alternate arrangements when needed along the way in a manner that added calm to the situation. I relied heavily on her for an extended period of time and she never made it seem like a burden.
Elizabeth really excels at management and is also a great person to run ideas by. She listens to her clients and seems to legitimately enjoy helping people find and sell homes. If you are a first time home owner or someone who is a little unsure of the process and are looking for guidance, I doubt you'll find a real estate agent more suitable than Elizabeth.
