★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I don’t write reviews often but I just left the salon and had to submit! I’ve been looking for THE stylist to get me to the blonde I want and I finally found her! Fatima is amazing…so knowledgeable and a true perfectionist! I couldn’t be happier with the results and I’ve found my new goto! Highly recommend Fatima and the salon. Worth every penny!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client at the Crowfoot location since 2019 now and am embarrassed I haven’t done a review yet. Layla is absolutely amazing and I’m honestly never letting anyone else touch my hair as long as I’m in Calgary! The establishment is clean and accessible, and completely local/family operated. All of the stylists are so very good at what they do, and Layla is a gem! From getting my dark as sin hair to vibrant pinks and purples and to the lightest blondes, she’s always down for a challenge but at the same time knows to set the expectations right. They’re never pushy about selling hair products and the price is competitive. Highly recommend this salon and its even worth making a trip up north even if you’re not located in the NW quadrant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair cut and coloured by Abe. It was a fantastic experience. Abe listened to my needs and he gave me a hairstyle that fits well with my lifestyle. Abe is friendly and a great conversationalist. I went to this salon based on the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. I will now be a steady client of Abe's and I recommend him and Hair Mix without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a haircut from hell from Danielle at this hair salon. She was acting strung out and talking with her hands while she used an electric hair trimmer on my hair. She scratched the back on my neck so badly it hurt for several days. She joked about making a mistake and leaving a bald spot on my hair. I had to ask her to stop cutting because it was frightening and unbearable. I went to another salon and got my hair cut finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best salon in Calgary. I have tried many hair stylists in Calgary but was yet to be satisfied with one. I hadn't had a haricut in a long time and had the worst look possible. Got a haircut from Mousa a few months ago. He is the best hair stylist. Attention to detail, accommodating, very polite and very skillful. My hair looked wonderful after the time he spent on shaping it. Hair Mix has very clean facilities, responsive staff and accept walk-ins which I really appreciate. Looking forward to availing many more services here. :)

Danielle is my hairstylist and has been doing my hair for about 5 years she loves what she does and will go out of her way to make you look your best! Thank-you to all the staff at Hair mix.
